Birthday Party

Video with photos from Sasha's birthday party. I'm also sharing more details about the work and time invested.

Sasha is 2 years old!

Was invited to photograph Sasha's 2nd birthday party. Shot ~900 frames in total, because as you know children are uncontrollable and you have to catch every moment. The video clip uses only 200 of the most interesting photos that best reflect the events.

The shooting itself took 2.5 hours
Viewing all photos and deleting rejects 1.5 hours
Processing using Lightroom 4 hours (brightness and WB correction, cropping, black and white variants)
Photo selection for video 1 hour
Video creation 3 hours
Total ~12 hours of work

A video like this is also worth keeping for old age and watching on TV.

I did not use flash a single time. The average ISO was 1000-2000. The video was made with ProShow Producer.

Lively pictures, it is nice to take part in children's hangouts :)
Did you use flash at all? It looked fairly bright in there.
